Refund policy

The product accepted by the customer is considered to be in perfect condition. If there is any incident in the delivery, missing package or damaged furniture, it is necessary to note it on the delivery note to be dealt with, and communicate it to the company within a maximum period of 72 hours after receipt.

Any incident, doubt or problem in the installation must be communicated to the company as soon as possible for its solution or improvement.


For defects in goods attributable to Muba, the European regulations in force apply.
